These terms govern access to and use of the services, infoproducts, and goods offered by datalawlinks. By engaging with our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

2.1 Scope: We provide legal guidance for data clauses and service agreements, including consultancy, drafting, and review.

2.2 Scheduling and Delivery: Services are conducted online or on-site as agreed. Scheduled sessions will commence at the agreed time slot.

2.3 Refund Policy: Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided no deliverables have been issued. To request a refund, submit a request via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment channel within 10 business days. Service transfers: Clients may reschedule a booked session by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Fees for completed services are final and not subject to refund due to the bespoke nature of legal guidance.

3. Infoproducts

3.1 Description: Infoproducts include digital documents, templates, guides, and checklists designed for legal data clauses and service agreements.

3.2 Access: Upon payment, customers receive a link to download or view the digital file immediately.

3.3 Refund Policy: Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via our contact form. A full refund is available if the digital file has not been fully accessed or downloaded. Once the file is fully accessed or 14 days have elapsed, no refund will be issued due to irreversible access. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment channel within 10 business days.

4. Goods

4.1 Description: Physical items sold through datalawlinks.

4.2 Delivery: Goods ship within 5 business days after order confirmation.

4.3 Refund Policy: Customers may ship back eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued through the original payment channel within 10 business days. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is found to be defective. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at no shipping cost. Customers may request a replacement item via our contact form within the 30-day period.

5. Payment and Fees

All fees are as specified at the time of purchase. Payments must be completed before access or delivery. Accepted methods are displayed at checkout. Invoices are issued electronically and must be settled promptly.
